We use only the very best varieties of mango, the Kent and the Keitt, in large cutaway slices – none of those teensy-tiny little strips you may find elsewhere. What makes them the best? A few things. First, flavor and texture. They are far sweeter and less fibrous than any other variety. Plus they have intense mango flavor.
